Sega has announced that Virtua Tennis 4 will support the launch of the PlayStation Vita when it comes out this holiday season.
The game will make use of the upcoming unit's notable features such as the touch controls (two players can play a Touch Versus Match on the same Vita), the rear touch panel, cameras (you can put yourself in the game), Vita Party function (share stats and progress, as well as chat/play with friends), and more. The game's press release mentions use of Vita's motion sensing technology, but it's unknown exactly what this will entail for the game.
Virtua Tennis 4 will also utilize 22 real-world players and feature the franchise's World Tour mode.
